When Microsoft infused their Dynamics 365 products with AI, we overhauled their website to explain the new AI-powered capabilities.

Microsoft’s solutions for small to medium-sized businesses help streamline operations and manage finances, sales, and customer service—but business owners often think Microsoft is too big for their needs. We created a product page to showcase the Dynamics 365 capabilities that matter most to this audience.

 

Skai: Ask MI

Skai’s search-based market intelligence solution, Ask MI, packages sophisticated AI technology in an easy-to-use search tool for non-data experts. The copy needed to appeal to both the buyers (CTOs) as well as the marketing teams who would use it.

 

AWARDSPRING Product Features

There are three groups of people who use AwardSpring’s scholarship management platform: student applicants, scholarship administrators, and scholarship reviewers. I structured the content on this product features page to demonstrate how AwardSpring addresses the biggest pain points for each of these groups, in order of importance to the decision-makers.
